Merchant Center
Google Merchant Center audit that tells you what to fix first
Every account and product issue Google reports, ranked by what it costs you.
Merchant Center tells you that something is wrong. It rarely tells you which problem is costing you the most money, or which single fix clears fifty products at once. Webshop Vitals reads your account through the Merchant API, groups the issues by root cause and puts them in the order a person should actually work through them.
Free scan, no credit card, results in minutes.

We could not find a return or refund policy page
No return or refund policy page was reachable from the homepage or at the conventional URLs we checked.
TRUST_RETURNS_MISSING - High11 products
Products are missing a product identifier
Branded items without a GTIN or MPN are limited by Google rather than disapproved, so the loss is invisible.
PD_IDENTIFIER_MISSING - Medium24 products
Shipping information is not machine readable
Delivery details appear in page text only, so they cannot be surfaced in results.
SD_SHIPPING_INFO_MISSING

The problem
Why Merchant Center is hard to act on
The account view shows counts. The diagnostics view shows samples. Neither answers the question a merchant actually has, which is what to do on Monday morning. A single missing attribute can produce hundreds of separate product issues, and a policy warning that threatens the whole account can sit below them in the list.
- A disapproval count that goes up and down with no obvious cause
- Warnings you have read three times and still cannot translate into a task
- Products that are active in the feed but never appear in results
- An account warning you only noticed after traffic dropped
What we check
Inside the google merchant center audit
Every check below runs on your real store and reports findings you can act on, with the affected products named.
Account level issues
Policy warnings, verification and claim problems, and anything that puts the whole account at risk rather than one product.
Product disapprovals
Every disapproved item with the exact reason Google returned, collapsed into groups that share a cause.
Limited visibility items
Products that serve but are held back, usually for a missing identifier or an incomplete attribute.
Feed freshness
Whether the data Google holds still matches what your store publishes today.
Destination coverage
Which products are eligible for free listings, for Shopping ads, or for neither.
Use this as your own checklist
0 of 5How it works
Three steps from question to answer
No plugin to install, no code to add, and nothing to change on your store.
- 1
Connect Merchant Center
Read only access through the official Merchant API. Webshop Vitals never edits products, feeds or settings.
- 2
We pull your diagnostics
Account issues, product issues and destination status are collected and matched to the products on your website.
- 3
You get an ordered plan
Findings are ranked by how many products they affect and how much visibility each one blocks.
The report
What this check looks like in your dashboard
Findings land next to the score they moved and the products they affect, so a result always has somewhere to go next.

What you get
What changes after the first scan
Concrete outputs, not a grade with no next step.
- A single prioritised list instead of four separate Google screens
- Issues grouped by cause, so one fix closes many findings at once
- The account level risks surfaced above the cosmetic ones
- A plain explanation of every issue, written for a shop owner and not for an API reference

Google Merchant Center Audit questions, answered
The things merchants ask before they run their first scan.
No. The connection is read only. Webshop Vitals reads diagnostics, product data and performance figures. It never creates, edits or deletes products, feeds, or account settings.
