Plain language terms, including what we will not claim

Webshop Vitals is a diagnostic tool. It crawls stores you own or are authorised to audit, reads your Google Merchant Center diagnostics if you connect them, and reports problems it finds.

It is read only. It does not modify your website, your product feed, your Merchant Center account or your listings.

That you own the store or are authorised by its owner to run an audit against it. We rate limit and respect robots.txt as a well behaved crawler, but authorisation is your responsibility.

We do not promise any ranking outcome, any approval outcome, or any change in traffic or revenue. Findings are diagnostic observations, and scores are our assessment of data quality, not a prediction of how any search or shopping system will behave.

Where a finding comes from Google, we say so and preserve Google’s own wording and severity. Where a finding is our own heuristic, we say that too, and we label its confidence.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

The one time Full Audit is a single purchase that grants one complete audit. It does not renew.

Plan limits are enforced server side. Exceeding a product limit never fails a scan. We analyse what your plan allows and tell you what was left out.

Do not use the service to scan stores you have no relationship with, to attempt to overwhelm a third party site, or to circumvent the rate limits and plan limits.

We may suspend an account that repeatedly triggers abuse protections.

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
