Suspension
Your account is suspended and the notice does not say why
Misrepresentation is a verdict on your whole site, not on one product.
A suspension notice names a policy and stops there. Nothing tells you which page failed, and an appeal filed without a change is usually rejected the same way. Webshop Vitals checks the things a reviewer opens first, your contact details, returns and shipping policies, pricing consistency and checkout, and tells you what is missing or contradictory before you spend one of your appeals.

- High1 store
We could not find a return or refund policy page
No return or refund policy page was reachable from the homepage or at the conventional URLs we checked.
TRUST_RETURNS_MISSING - High11 products
Products are missing a product identifier
Branded items without a GTIN or MPN are limited by Google rather than disapproved, so the loss is invisible.
PD_IDENTIFIER_MISSING - Medium24 products
Shipping information is not machine readable
Delivery details appear in page text only, so they cannot be surfaced in results.

The problem
The notice names a policy, not a page
Misrepresentation is the broadest policy Google has, and the notice for it is deliberately vague so the rule cannot be gamed. Most suspensions come down to a small number of trust signals a reviewer could not find, or a price and availability that did not match between your feed and your site. None of that is visible in the account.
- A suspension notice that names a policy and gives no example
- An appeal rejected within hours with the same wording
- Free listings and Shopping ads stopped at the same time
- No idea whether the problem is the site or the feed
What we check
Inside the merchant center suspension
Every check below runs on your real store and reports findings you can act on, with the affected products named.
Trust pages
Whether a reviewer can find contact details, returns, shipping and business identity, and reach them from the pages they land on.
Price and availability match
Prices and stock compared between your feed, your product pages and your checkout, which is the most common misrepresentation trigger.
Checkout reachability
Whether a product can actually be added and bought without an account, a quote request or a broken step.
Policy contradictions
Terms that disagree with each other, such as a returns window that differs between the policy page and the product page.
Account history
Issues that were present before the suspension and are still live, so the appeal does not repeat the same ground.
Use this as your own checklist
0 of 5How it works
Three steps from question to answer
No plugin to install, no code to add, and nothing to change on your store.
- 1
Read the account state
The suspension reason, the affected destinations and anything else already flagged on the account.
- 2
Review the site as Google does
Trust pages, policies, prices and checkout crawled the way a reviewer works through them.
- 3
Rank what to fix first
Findings ordered by how often they cause this policy, with the page and the field to change.
The report
What this check looks like in your dashboard
Findings land next to the score they moved and the products they affect, so a result always has somewhere to go next.

What you get
What changes after the first scan
Concrete outputs, not a grade with no next step.
- A shortlist of what a reviewer would find wrong, ordered by how likely it is to be the cause
- The exact pages and products where your feed and your site disagree
- A record of what you changed and when, to reference in the appeal
- Confirmation on the next scan that each fix is live before you resubmit
Questions
Merchant Center Suspension questions, answered
The things merchants ask before they run their first scan.
It is the policy Google applies when a shopper could be misled about who they are buying from or what they are paying. In practice it usually means missing business details, policies a reviewer could not find, or a price on your site that does not match the price in your feed. It is rarely about a single product.
